Molding Process(Structural Compactness)Key Requirements:Constant Temperature &Pressure + Precise PressureHolding
Standard: Use large hydraulicpress over 1000T with moldaccuracy up to +0.01mm. Formedat 150-180°C under 15-20MPapressure.
Consequence: Insufficientpressure > Porous product,slagging and cracking during use;Excessive pressure – Too highdensity, severe brake disc wear.
Thermal Curing Treatment(Strength & Heat Resistance)
Key Requirements: PreciseChamfering + PrecisionGrinding + Anti-CorrosionTreatment
Standard: Step heating in curingoven(120°C160°C-200°C),total curing time >90 minutes, toensure complete cross-linking ofinternal resin.
Consequence: Insufficient curing- Severe high-temperature heatfade, instant peeling of frictionlayer (major safety hazard).
Post-Processing & Finishing
